Frederick Leavenworth was born on 4 September 1766, in Waterbury, CT. He graduated from Yale College in New Haven, CT, say 1786.1 He married Fanny Johnson, daughter of Abner Johnson and Lydia Bunnell, on Thursday, 19 May 1796.2 Frederick lived in Waterbury, CT. He was a physician, businessman, merchant & farmer.1 His father-in-law Abner died on 21 June 1817 in Waterbury, CT, at age 78 leaving him a widower. Frederick Leavenworth died on 17 May 1840 in Waterbury, CT, at age 73.
