     Parker Sargent was born on 7 April 1796, in Hubbardston, MA.1,2 He married Ellen D Hand on Wednesday, 19 January 1825.1 Parker lived in Albany, NY.1 He was a Justice of the Peace.3 By 1870 Parker's wife Ellen seems to have died and he is living alone, in a boarding house.4
