William Howard Taft

     William Howard Taft was born on 15 September 1857, in Cincinnati, Ohio.¹ He graduated from Yale College in New Haven, CT, in 1878.² He married Helen Herron on Saturday, 19 June 1886 in Cincinnati, Ohio.¹ William Howard Taft was the first Civil Governor of the Philippines.² He was the twenty-seventh President of the United States.² Between 11 July 1921 and 3 February 1930 William Howard Taft was the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.
