Mary Lewis was born on 9 November 1674, in Wallingford, CT.1 She married Samuel Fairchild on Sunday, 22 November 1699 in Stratford, CT.1 Mary and Samuel had seven children.1 Mary Lewis died on 7 October 1745 in Durham, CT, at age 70.1
