     Berger Shepard was born on 15 June 1914, in CT.1,2 He was educated at Yale University in New Haven, CT.3 He married Mrs Virginia (Unknown) Shepard before 1943 in Little Church Around the Corner, New York City, NY. Berger Shepard was an engineer.3 Berger lived in Washington, DC. He died in March 1984 in Silver Spring, Montgomery County, Maryland, at age 69.2
