Asher Blakesley1

     Asher Blakesley was born on 23 May 1738, in New Haven, CT.1 Father: Jacob Blakesley (b 10 Jul 1706 New Haven, CT) - Mother: Elizabeth Barnes (b 17 Oct 1703 New Haven, CT).1 He married Mary Humiston, daughter of John Humiston and Mary Sanford, on Tuesday, 26 October 1762 in North Congregational Church, New Haven, CT.1 Asher and Mary had five children.1 Asher Blakesley died on 3 May 1814 in CT at age 75.2 He was buried at the First Thomaston Cemetery in Thomaston, CT.1
