George Sackett was born circa 1565.1 He married Katherine Thompson on Monday, 15 January 1589/90 in St Peter's Church, Thanet, Kent, England.1 George and Katherine had five children.1 George Sackett died on 26 March 1612 in St Peter in Thanet, Kent, England.1 He was described in the burials register as a poor man, presumably indicating he had been maintained by the parish.1 He was buried on 29 March 1612 at the St Peter's in Thanet, Kent, England.1
