Joseph Judson was born circa 1619, in Kirby, Moorside, Yorkshire, England.1 He married Sarah Porter, daughter of John Porter and Anna White, on Monday, 24 October 1644 in Windsor, CT. Joseph Judson was called Liuetenant.1 He left a will dated 27 February 1679/80. John £300, James £300, Sarah and Grace £10; Hannah, Ester, Ruth & Abigail (all not married) £50. John executor. Overseer - friends Zachary Walker, brother Jeremiah Judson, Mr. Joseph Hawley and Samuel Sherman Jr. He died on 8 October 1690 in Stratford, CT. He was buried at the Congregational Cemetery in Stratford, CT.1 Inventory of his estate was taken on 28 October 1690 in Woodbury, CT.
