     Julia Bloomer was born on 16 January 1814, in Chautauqua, NY.1 She married Horatio Phillips on Wednesday, 19 March 1845 in Chautauqua, NY.1 Julia and Horatio had one child.1 Julia Bloomer died on 13 December 1901 in Parkersburgh, West Virginia, at age 87.1
