Horatio Phillips1

     Horatio Phillips was born on 25 June 1819, in CT.1 He married Julia Bloomer, daughter of John Bloomer and Rhoda Darrow, on Wednesday, 19 March 1845 in Chautauqua, NY.1 Horatio and Julia had one child.1 Horatio Phillips died on 4 November 1865 in Parkersburgh, West Virginia, at age 46.1
