     Richard Treat was baptized on 28 August 1584 in Pitminster, S Trendle (now Trull), Somersetshire, England. Richard Treat was also known as Richard Trett. Richard Treat was also known as Richard Trott.1 He married Alice Gaylord, daughter of Hugh Gaylord, on Monday, 27 April 1615 in Pitminster, S Trendle (Now Trull) Somerset, England. Richard Treat was a merchant.2 Richard immigrated to Watertown, MA, probably came after 1637.3 He died in 1669/70 in Wethersfield, CT. His estate was presented to the court 3 Mar 1669/70.
