Andrew Sanford was baptized on 1 November 1617 in Stanstead, Montfitchet, Essex, England. He married Mrs Mary Sanford say 1638.1 Andrew immigrated in 1640 to Hartford, CT, Andrew probably came to America with his brother Robert 1640/1641. They went to Hartford, CT. In June 1662 he and his wife Mary were indicted for witchcraft, a capital offense. Mary was no doubt executed, as she died in 1662. He left a will dated 6 September 1684. Inventory of his estate 16 Oct 1684. He died in 1694 in Milford, CT.
