     Adele Townsend was born on 23 August 1863, in New York City, NY. Adele had a debutante party in New York City in 1881. She married Frederick John Kingsbury, son of Frederick John Kingsbury and Alathea Ruth Scovill, on Thursday, 11 November 1886 in Trinity Church, New York City, NY, They were married by the Rev Mess. Geer and CB Smith.1 Adele lived in New Haven, CT. Her husband Frederick died on 11 July 1927 in New Haven, CT, at age 64 leaving her a widow. After her husband died, she and her sister Hannah (who was a widow also) built the house in Murray Bay. Quebec, Canada in 1928.2 Adele Townsend died circa 1944 in New Haven, CT.

Also she said her parents were born in Connecticut, when they were born in NY. Perhaps she did not answer the censors, but someone else in the household did.5
