Mary Curtiss was born in 1681, in Stratford, CT. She married Joseph Nichols, son of Abraham Nichols and Rachel Kellogg, on Friday, 26 December 1704 in Stratford, CT.1 Her husband Joseph died on 10 March 1732/33 in Trumbull, CT, at age 47 leaving her a widow.2 Mary Curtiss married Henry Hawley, son of John Hawley and Deborah Pierson, say 1735.3 Mary Curtiss died on 16 April 1767.
