     Lucy Huggins was born on 23 July 1778, in Salisbury, CT.1,2,3 Father: Zadock Huggins (b 1748) - Mother: Thankful Hutchinson (b 1750 NH).3,4 Lucy Huggins was also known as Almirah Lucy.3 She married Isaac Manley, son of John Manley and Jerusha Paddock, say 1803.1,5 After her husband died Lucy went to live in Marion NY with her son Emmons Manley and his wife.6 Lucy Huggins died on 8 July 1864 in Marion, NY, at age 85.1,4
