Frank Dean was born on 1 July 1872, in Cincinnati, Ohio.1 He married Lucy Rice on Wednesday, 18 June 1902.1 As of 1910 Frank and Lucy lived in Owen, Indiana, with their two children.2 By 1920 Frank and Lucy had moved to Del Ray, Florida.3 Frank Dean was the postmaster in the US Post Office.3 He died on 23 September 1948 in Delray Beach, Florida, at age 76.1
