     James Rolla Derricott was born on 28 October 1907, in Liberty, Idaho.2,3 Father: Charles Derricott (b 29 Sep 1876 Liberty, Idaho) - Mother: LaVernia Hymas (b 5 Mar 1877 Hyde Park, Utah).3 He married Vera Dimick, daughter of Albert William Dimick and Ida Stuart, on Saturday, 7 December 1929 in Pocatello, Idaho.1 James Rolla Derricott died on 1 September 1963 at age 55.2 The cause of his death was diabetes.4 He was buried at the Wardboro Cemetery in Wardboro, Idaho.2
