Virgil Dimick was born on 14 June 1914, in Wardboro, Idaho.1 He married LaVay Allman on Monday, 1 October 1934.1 The marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple.2 Virgil Dimick was employed by Union Pacific Railroad as a brakeman and conductor.2 He was retired in 1975 after working for 37 years. He and LaVay moved then to Pocatello.2 He died on 27 August 1985 at age 71.1 He was buried at the Montpelier City Cemetery in Montpelier, Idaho.2
At the time of his death he was survived by two sons, five grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and two step-greatgrandchildren .
