Daniel Coley was born on 14 March 1728/29. He married Sarah Sanford, daughter of Lemuel Sanford and Rebecca Squire, on Tuesday, 16 April 1754. Daniel and Sarah lived in Redding, CT. In 1762 Daniel and Sarah moved to Ridgebury, CT. Daniel Coley married Ann Morehouse circa 1782. Daniel Coley left a will dated 24 December 1798. And proved 31 Mar 1800. One of his daughters married Thomas Boughton, as he was called son-in-law in his (Daniel's) will. He died on 22 March 1800 in Ridgefield, CT, at age 71.
