Benjamin Whittemore was born in 1640, in Charlestown, MA. He married Elizabeth Bucknam, daughter of William Bucknam and Sarah Knower, in 1667 in Malden, MA.1 Benjamin Whittemore was a turner (lathe worker). Benjamin and Elizabeth had five children. Benjamin Whittemore died on 16 July 1726 in Malden, MA. He was buried at the Old Bell Rock Cemetery in Malden, MA.
