     Bradford Sargent Tilney was born on 22 August 1908, in Lynton, Devonshire, England.1 He graduated from The Hotchkiss School in Lakeville, CT, say 1926.2 He was educated in 1933 at Yale School of Architecture in New Haven, CT.3 He was an architect.3 He married Josephine Toy Collins say 1940.2 Bradford and Toy lived in Cheshire, CT.3 Bradford Sargent Tilney was in the army in 1943 in the Engineer Corps during WWII.4 Bradford and Josephine lived in Stonington, CT, . They had a lovely second home on the green in old Stonington, and later built a modern home in North Stonington.3 Bradford Sargent Tilney married Rosemarie Manger.5 Bradford Sargent Tilney died on 23 April 1999 in Groton, CT, at age 90.1
