They had $180 (which was about average of what other immigrants had). Their contact was a cousin, Leo Rosenman, who lived at 61 (or 67) 2nd Street, Huntington Station, NY. After a two week stay they traveled by bus to Pittsburgh.4,5 Hedy was a devoted wife, mother, homemaker, dressmaker, cook, baker, etc, who was loved and admired by everyone who knew her.4 Hedy Dicker died on 25 June 2000 in Pittsburgh, PA, at age 83. Dates using 'say' are educated guesses by me.
If I don't know a female last name she will be identified with a 'Mrs' and her husband's name.
MALE or FEMALE means I don't know the first name.
