     Henry Ebenezer Davies was born on 8 February 1805, in Black Lake, St Lawrence County, NY. He married Rebecca Waldo Tappan on Wednesday, 1 July 1835. As of circa 1851 Henry lived in New York city, NY, at Clinton Place.1 He was a judge and dean of the Law School, University of the City of New York.2 He died on 17 December 1881 in New York City, NY, at age 76.
