     Joseph Bronson was born on 15 July 1709, in Waterbury, CT.1 He married Anna Southmayd, daughter of John Southmayd and Susannah Ward, on Tuesday, 1 July 1732 in Waterbury, CT, possibly Jun.1 Joseph and Anna had four children.2 Joseph married Mary Fulford (d 6 Mar 1812) daughter of Gershom Fulford.1 Joseph Bronson died on 19 September 1771 in Waterbury, CT, at age 62.1
