     Willing Howard was born in 1920.1 He was usually called Wing.1 He married Phebe McKean Sargent, daughter of Joseph Weir Sargent and Phebe McKean Downs, in June 1940 in Villanova, PA.2 Willing Howard was an artist.2 He died in 1998 in Bryn Mawr, PA.
