Thomas Hyatt was born say 1615.¹ He married Elizabeth Russell, daughter of John Russell and Anna Perkes, on Saturday, 20 August 1633 in Upway, Dorchester, Dorsetshire, England.² He was granted a house lot in Stamford, CT.³ The name in early Stamford records is spelled Hyout, Hiout, Hiat. He was called Goodman Hyout.³ Thomas Hyatt died on 9 September 1656 in Stamford, CT.⁴ Inventory of his estate was not presented until 16 Jun 1662.
