Mary Humiston was born on 10 May 1739, in Litchfield, CT.2 She married Asher Blakesley on Tuesday, 26 October 1762 in North Congregational Church, New Haven, CT.3 Mary and Asher had five children.3 Mary Humiston died on 26 April 1814 in Thomaston, CT, at age 74.3 She was buried at First Thomaston Cemetery in Thomaston, CT.3
