Frederick Kingsbury Sargent

     Frederick Kingsbury Sargent was born on 29 April 1916, in New Haven, CT. He was usually called Fred.¹ He graduated from Phillips Andover in Andover, MA, say 1935.¹ He graduated from Yale University in New Haven, CT, in 1939 where he was a member of Alpha Sigma Phi.² He married Janet Glenn Wyer on Saturday, 23 August 1941 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.³ Frederick Kingsbury Sargent graduated from Cornell Medical School in New York City, NY, say 1942.¹ He was in the military in 1944, in the Medical Corps of the Army.⁴ He was a pediatrician, practicing for twenty years in St Louis, Missouri.¹ Frederick and Janet lived in Webster Groves, Missouri.¹ After he retired Fred and Janet traveled around the world for a year, and then settled in San Francisco, CA on the street next to Lombard St - the 'crookedest' street in the city.¹ Frederick Kingsbury Sargent died on 2 February 1996 in San Francisco, CA, at age 79.
