Janet Glenn Wyer

     Janet Glenn Wyer was born on 15 May 1918, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.¹ Father: Harvey Glenn Wyer - Mother: Esther Warner Coffin.² She graduated from Wells College in Aurora, NY, say 1939.² She married Frederick Kingsbury Sargent, son of Richard Collier Sargent and Ruth Kingsbury, on Saturday, 23 August 1941 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.¹ Janet and Frederick lived in Webster Groves, Missouri.² Janet lived in Webster Groves, Missouri.² Janet lived in San Francisco, CA.² She was Janet was an enrichment teacher.³ She was board member of Wells College in Aurora NY, the Experiment in International Living (an organization that offers substantive three- to five-week summer abroad programs that focus on cultural immersion, experiential learning, and making meaningful connections across national, linguistic, and cultural borders) and World College West (an undergraduate liberal arts college in Marin County, California which offered a program that integrated a grounding in the liberal arts with a required two-semester "World Study" period in a developing country).³ She died on 8 April 1990 in San Francisco, CA, at age 71.
