     Charles Coffin was born on 15 August 1775, in Newbury, MA.2 Father: Charles Coffin (b 17 Aug 1741 Newbury, MA) - Mother: Hepzibah Carnes (b 8 Jan 1739/40 Boston, MA).2 He married Susan Woodbridge Ayer, daughter of James Ayer and Mary Woodbridge, on Tuesday, 19 October 1802 in Milford, Maine.1,2 Charles Coffin died on 3 June 1853 in Greeneville, Tennessee, at age 77.2
