     Jacob Chamberlain was born on 15 October 1658, in Chelmsford, MA.1 Father: Edmund Chamberlain (b 1622 Norfolk, England) - Mother: Mary Turner (b 1630.1 He married Mary Child, daughter of Benjamin Child and Mary Bowen, on Sunday, 24 January 1683 in Roxbury, MA.1 Jacob and Mary had five children.1 Jacob Chamberlain died on 7 November 1721 in Roxbury, MA, at age 63.1
