     William Lyon was born on 15 September 1675, in Roxbury, MA.1 Father: John Lyon - Mother: Abigail Polley.1 William married previously.1,2 He married Martha Morris, daughter of Edward Morris and Grace Bett, on Sunday, 6 January 1714/15 in Woodstock, CT.1 William Lyon was called Deacon.1 He died on 27 September 1741 in Woodstock, CT, at age 66.1
