     Daniel Scofield was baptized on 3 August 1656 in Stamford, CT.1 Father: Daniel Scofield (b c 1591 Rochdale, Lancashire, England) - Mother: Sarah or Mary Youngs (b Southold, Long Island, NY).1 He married Abigail Merwin, daughter of Miles Merwin and Elizabeth Powell, on Monday, 12 July 1677 in Stamford, CT.1 Daniel and Abigail had eight children.1 Daniel Scofield died on 10 October 1714 in Stamford, CT, at age 58.1
