Ancestors of Ruth Kingsbury

The next line of boxes are first cousins. More cousins follow - second cousins, etc.
If there are uneven boxes, that is the number 'removed' - i.e. fourth cousins, 3 times removed means there will be 5 rows of double boxes (cousins) and 3 rows of single boxes (removed)
