Anna Morrison Spencer “Mamacita” passed away peacefully on March 23, 2016, at the age of 102. She was born on March 8, 1914, in Preston, Idaho, to John A. Morrison and Anna D. Miller, the third of nine children.
She is preceded in death by her husband George Elwood Spencer, and is survived by their six children; Berkley Arnold (Birgitta); Provo, Utah; Richard Elwood (Peggy); Bend, Oregon; Beverly Ann Ballif; Hatch, Utah; Frances Kay (John) Cliff; Franklin, Tennessee; Robert Keith (Carol); Las Vegas, Nevada; and Kurtice Ray (Kelly); Pleasant Grove, UT; and one brother, Calvin Q. Morrison (Norma); Pahrump, Nevada. She has 19 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren, and 3 great, great grandchildren.
Anna enthusiastically followed her husband to live in many parts of the world while he served in the Peace Corp and for USAID. Her gentle nature endeared her to all who knew her.
Special gratitude is expressed to the caretakers at the BeeHive Home in American Fork, Utah where she received such loving care over the past six years.1

Ashby "Bill" Spencer passed away peacefully at home on April 29, 2006, after a long illness. Bill was born May 4, 1917 to Raymond and Emma Alpha Pixton Spencer in Taylorsville, Utah. He married Evva Burrows January 30, 1940, later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple.
Bill was a hard working man who farmed for many years. He worked as the Superintendent of Grounds at the Utah State Fair Park, the manager of Laurel Brown Equestrian Park and a supervisor with the Salt Lake County Parks and Recreation. After his retirement, until the age of 87, Bill worked for the Larry H. Miller Sports Group at the Salt Palace and the Delta Center.
He especially enjoyed the personal relationships with the players of the Utah Jazz, and his co-workers. He also volunteered in many community activities such as the Ute Rangers Riding Posse, Boy Scouts of America, and 4-H clubs.
Survived by his loving, devoted wife of 66 years, Evva; daughters, JoAnn Buck, Judy Terry, Kathy (Paul) Barnard; sons, David A. (Patti), Bruce W. (Vicci) Spencer; many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Elwood, Kenneth and Ben; son-in-law, Jack Terry; and great-granddaughter, Madison Harmon.2
