Jesse Mangum Duffin son of Mary Jane Mangum & Elmer Duffin. He was the youngest of their boys. His brother Elmer "Lamond" Duffin was 3 years older than him.
His father died when he was 3 years old. He was raised by a wonderful step-father, Adelbert Heaps and Mary Jane. He also had 3 step-brothers, and 3 step-sisters from this marriage.
Married Leone Marie Yancey 26 March 1934.
They had five children, 2 boys & 3 girls. They raised their children in American Fork, Utah.
